Most importantly our Sidona coach built immediate rapport with the coachee and grasped a good understanding of their world, how they operated and what made them tick. An open, honest and professional relationship was established early on. Then clear goals and outcomes and an agreeable way of working was agreed in order to achieve the success the coachee desired. Some observation of the coachee took place to gain a close insight into their leadership role, style and the challenges they faced.

Regular face to face and telephone coaching was given over a 12 month period. This was a journey of self-discovery, boosting of confidence and enhancement of leadership skills that enabled the coachee to achieve more than he was currently doing in terms of personal growth and growing the business in the way that he wanted to. He overcame fears and unblocked barriers to allow him and his team to create new ways of thinking, operating and resolving problems effectively. This coaching programme has not only benefited the individual being coached but also his entire team who are all highly focused, motivated and more personally fulfilled as a result of this executive coaching support.
