This was delivered to all 1800 employees in a nationwide property solutions Plc.

We carried out a thorough process of staff interviews, observation of current service delivery and customer research to identify needs and expectations from their customers before designing a bespoke branded customer experience half-day workshop. This was piloted and researched thoroughly in one region before being rolled out across all 23 UK offices to 1800 staff. As added value to the organisation we fed back our observations and analysis from our workshops to enable the regional leaders to sustain the success of this programme. 

This programme has focused and equipped the whole organisation on how to make the right emotional connection with their customers and enabled the staff at all levels to exceed customer expectations. 

Many customer-led business process improvements have resulted from this programme as well as greater knowledge sharing of great customer experiences and the appointment of new regional service ambassadors. We have also developed with them a new service reward programme that recognises individuals that deliver outstanding customer experiences. 

The business is growing very rapidly and establishing a unique reputation for Service Excellence, greater customer loyalty, increased turnover and a rising share price.
