We carried out a thorough process of staff interviews, observation of current service delivery and customer research to identify needs and expectations from their customers before designing a bespoke branded customer experience
half-day workshop. This was piloted and researched thoroughly in one region before being rolled out across all 23 UK offices to
1800 staff. As added value to the organisation we fed back our observations and analysis from our workshops to enable the regional leaders to sustain the success of this programme. Rok is in the Sunday Times top 100 companies to work for.
