A new dynamic management force in action

This was delivered to all directors, heads of departments and supervisors in a hotel and marina business.

  1. To increase revenue across the businesses with 
    enhanced customer loyalty, repeat business and greater spend per customer.

  2. To increase the skills, knowledge and motivation of the leaders to enable them to become more effective leaders. 

  3. To enhance motivation, productivity and communication across all staff within the business.

  4. To improve the quality and efficiency of customer service.

 

Initially we facilitated a session with the directors of the business to set clear business expectations and outputs from their people and clarify how they would support their people through this personal change programme. We held staff interviews and spent time within the organisation grasping their business culture, challenges and people’s current capabilities and their full potential. 

We then designed a series of one day leadership workshops over a 12 month period that worked around their business operation. In between these workshops we supported the leaders with one to one coaching to help them bring the learning from the workshops into real value and action in the workplace.

Leaders now clearly understand the business needs and with a new positive and assertive attitude are putting new ideas into action within their individual departments aimed at growing the business. Departmental barriers have been broken down and more open and productive business relationships have been developed within a more positive and vibrant culture. 

Leaders are supporting their people to successfully achieve their team goals and maintain high performance through a major business change and redevelopment.
