Gaining an understanding of the business and spending time with the account managers and talking to their customers we designed a series of half-day workshops to meet their needs. Between each workshop we held one to one coaching sessions with each individual to set goals for personal development and ensure the learning had a positive and sustained impact on their performance and business results.

Following the training the team hit their sales targets for the first time. 

The team became more confident and assertive and aware of their impact upon others, tailoring their response to their customers to achieve more positive and productive outcomes. The individuals took greater responsibility for their actions and made a greater contribution to the business growth. They felt they were able to cope with the high levels of stress and change within their roles more effectively enabling them to maintain their consistent performance.
