Business driven by cohesive high performing teams

We recently delivered a programme to senior and line managers within a civil service department

  1. To develop greater self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem 
    of the management team.

  2. To enable managers to consistently support and increase the performance of their team members with the use of best practice management tools and techniques and in role modelling effective leadership behaviours.

  3. Build stronger, focused and cohesive teams based on relationships of trust, openness, respect and understanding.

  4. To deliver an increased operational performance.

 

Following thorough interviews and observation of all team members in their operation, we developed a modular approach with a series of bespoke workshops, 1:1 and team coaching sessions and some shadowing and observational feedback over a 6 month period. 

The teams now have more supportive, rewarding and committed business relationships. They have introduced new business practices to increase their team effectiveness and productivity. 

Having established new ground rules for behaviour and more positive and open communication channels within the team and across the organisation; the team members are experiencing greater job fulfilment. 

The team have hit their operational targets and are celebrating their ongoing success with some team members having been promoted.
