Following thorough interviews and observation of all team members in their operation, we developed a modular approach with a series of bespoke workshops, 1:1 and team coaching sessions and some shadowing and observational feedback over a 6 month period. The teams now have more supportive, rewarding and committed business relationships. They have introduced new business practices to increase their team effectiveness and productivity. Having established new ground rules for behaviour and more positive and open communication channels within the team and across the organisation; the team members are experiencing greater job fulfilment. The team have hit their operational targets and are celebrating their ongoing success with some team members having been promoted.
