The Harbour Hotels Collection consists of five luxury hotels, a wedding venue and an award-winning restaurant, all in fabulous locations across the South Coast.

The Collection had an ambitious plan to expand the portfolio from five to ten hotels, in five years. With that in mind, they knew that their leadership team would need to be very strong. We worked with the General Managers, Group Operational Managers and Managing Director to design and deliver a 12-month hotel leadership programme.

Scott Richards invited the Sidona Group to research the critical journey from first enquiry to client. We undertook in-depth mystery shopper research, assessing performance across all their departments.

Raglan Housing were struggling to do more with less. A significant change programme was being implemented and the pace of change was set to continue. At the heart of the changes was the IT department.

The department needed to meet the needs of their internal customers if Raglan's tenants were remain unaffected. To gain insight, we met with teams and conducted perception research. We proceeded to work with them, exploring ways that they could manage the customer experience.
