We are a team of award-winning customer experience experts. Ever since we founded Sidona over 15 years ago, we have been driven by one goal: the desire to develop teams and their leaders, to help them reach their true potential. Today, we create rewarding workplaces, we deliver inspired customer experiences and, above all, we grow profitability.

Prior to launching Sidona, we clocked up over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles. We currently work with a network of associates, as well as several eminent global consultancies in an Associate Trainer capacity. Meet the team…

Our clients

When we started out, we delivered training solutions for large organisations, (think Barclaycard, HMRC and Lloyds TSB). Today, we focus on customer experience and employee engagement. We are very fond of the hospitality industry, and this is where we work most (think Calcot Manor, Harbour Hotels and Dart Marina Hotel), but we also work closely with a diverse range of other businesses, too (think solicitors, housing associations, architects and attractions).
